Job Description: CASA Sales Officer Position: CASA Sales Officer Location: Chennai CTC: 16,000 – 19,000 per month Incentives: Up to 50,000 (Performance-Based) Role Type: Full-Time | Field Sales Key Responsibilities: 1. New Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products through direct sales. Travel locally and conduct field visits daily to promote bank products. 2. Sales & Cross-Selling: Contact existing customers to encourage additional deposits. Cross-sell other banking products and services based on customer needs. 3. Marketing Activities: Actively participate in local marketing and promotional campaigns organized by the bank to generate leads and build brand presence. 4. Learning & Development: Complete all training and learning programs conducted by the bank periodically to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance awareness.
